The BBBC - Day 4 *Its Party Time*

Hello My Darling Readers :)
Missed me ? Aw I missed you too! Today is the middle of the week & we have a party today for the Big Bad Bloggers Challenge. It's going to be a Rave style party, info on Alicia's Blog. I might go & stop in for a bit but it depends on my busy schedule.
I wish I weren't in pain ugh & the weather here today sucks, it's raining! Oh wells what can ya do! I'll blog lol that's what.

I think I pretty much have the list set for who I'm going to ask to join in on the fundraiser. So today I shall send out that notecard. I'm probably going to use my alt as the account the L's will go to so that the donation money isn't confused with my monies. Besides shes broke so no confusion in that account. Also need a name for my fundraiser so I can start the blog for it.
Today I think I'll do some hunting & tons of picture taking if I have time. I like to explore. It will be fun!

Today's Topic:
If there was someone you could trade places with for one day in Second Life, who would it be and why? Bonus points if you find this person and snap a picture with them!

My answer is very simple, someone who has a job that's flexible or has a successful store that makes a decent income lol Or a Linden & I'd make SL better & change things too to make players happy!

The Big Bad Blogger Challenge - Day 3

Hello everyone
Hope you're having a great day! My day is going alright so far, just my usual routine in RL. Today is the third day in the BBBC and tons of people are joining & writing, it's tons of fun! For more info visit Alicia Chenaux's Blog Entry about it, or view my recent posts before this one.

Today I finally wrote the info notecard for the fundraiser I am planning in world. I am very excited about it & think it will be tons of fun. Tomorrow I will send it out to the people who I hope will help me with it and then wait to hear more. Otherwise I have been just thinking & trying to plan things, starting my new routine and doing something different in my SLife. One thing I need to do is inventory cleaning, I have tons of stuff to go through lol but it will get done eventually lol

Today's Topic Is:
You've been given a sim of your very own to use for free for one year. However, there are 3 rules. It cannot be residential, it cannot be commercial, and it has to be open to the public. What do you do with it?

I love this topic question because way before this I have been wanting to have land that supported what I call a fun land. So for the sim I would do the same, it would have fishing areas, picture taking areas, scenes/setups maybe from shows or movies for fun or picture taking, fortune teller, different rides, games etc...then another part would be a club that was just about fun & music & dancing no sexual stuff or stupidity you can find that already lol I would also have a lounge area that was like a cafe/lounge for those who wanna relax & chat. A drive in style movie area with parked cars. Some would be accomodating to sit in & some would have blanket's & poseballs on top of the car to sit & watch, and of course real tv with movies. Prim food too throughout the sim woot! Tons of things just for an overall great fun place to come to. You'd never be bored I assure you!

The Big Bad Blogger Challenge - Day 2

Hi Hi Everyone

So today is the second day of the BBBC and it seems tons of bloggers are signing up & totally enjoying it. I definitely am :) Each day for a week bloggers who sign up will write a blog entry each day and it can be about anything , it can be long or short etc doesn't matter. If you have nohing tp write about, each night Alicia gives a topic for the next day's entry.

My approch is going to be a paragraph about whatever I want & then the topic of the day & my answer.

I recently decided that I want to do something new in my SLife. I pretty much have a basic routine that I do everyday, and have decided I want a change. I started already by attempting to make my store better in world and released some new things the other day. I hope it works out, I also have some stuff from my affiliate program @ Sweeter Than Candy owned by Candace Morgwain. See the thing is that my RL does not allow me to work in SL as jobs have set schedules so I saved money from contests etc to make a small little store but it hasn't really been a huge hit yet. Other then that I am working on a fundraiser to raise money for a charity in RL that helps children & teens around the world. I am pretty excited & hope a lot of people join in helping me with a great cause. I think it will be fun too! So stay tuned for more on that!
Now onto today's BBBC given topic :)

Describe what your perfect Second Life day would be like.

I think the perfect SL day for me would be to log in, have no capped messages (even tho I rarely have that now) I would get a notecard offering me a job in SL that worked around my RL medical schedule which would be that I could go into work any time of the day that I logged in, or a job like blogging or sending out group notices when I was available to do so & of course a decent wage per day or week. Then at least I would have monies to spend shopping. My small store would do well & I'd then get several more locations. I'd have a cute house that had just enough for what I need. Kitchen, Living Room, 2 or 3 Bedrooms, front porch, back porch, Photo skybox, and lots of cute furniture! I'd have fun parties with friends, have fun with my baby girl (shes cute), and then relax or take pictures. Basically have the freedom to do what I wanted, & I don't need much I'm very easy to please.

The Big Bad Blogger Challenge - Day 1

*Sunday June 14 2009 BBBC Entry *

So last year my friend Alicia also a well known blogger, started a challenge known as Big Bad Blogger Challenge aka BBBC. You have to sign up and basically post one entry on your blog (RL or SL) each day. It doesn't matter how long or short it is and doesn't have to be well thought out or fancy, just needs to be a blog post. For those who have trouble finding things to write about, Alicia is very kind and each night there is a topic given for the next day's post. So if you choose to, then you post an entry to do with the questions if not then be free and do whatever :)

The thing that made me want to join in was that it is very fun, keeps you writing which is very good to do, you get to learn about new places , new people, new things by reading the other challenger's websites & entries. It's overall a fun experience so it seems. This is my first year doing this and I think it's gonna rawk! I hope we do it yearly cuz its a good thing to keep the mind challenged and its fun to write, for me anyways. I think my blogger challenge approach will be a small paragraph about whats new and exciting etc then ill also do the topic and answer it of course. Okies now I will post the topic for today and answer it :)


How long have you been a blogger? How has it enriched your life?

Well I have been blogging for many years in RL both for personal and for work projects whether it be my job or charity work etc. As for blogging in SL I started that in , early February this year (2009). It has enriched my life in the sense that I enjoy people writing to me about how they love my blog or a particular post or when they say they look forward to reading new entries etc it totally makes my day.
I enjoy writing about many things and it gives you a chance to write and come up with fun things to say.

Anyways hope you are enjoying the BBBC I know I am :)
